XLE
The Toyota RAV4 XLE is the next step up. This trim starts at a price of $27,300. It offers you all the same features as the LE, but it adds a few more standard features.
The RAV4 XLE adds features like a moonroof, four USB ports, dual-zone automatic climate control, blind spot monitoring, and rear cross traffic alert.
The XLE trim on the RAV4 also offers you some additional package options if you want to add even more features to this trim. XLE Premium

However, with the XLE Premium trim, you also have some package options for further upgrades. Your first option is the XLE Premium Weather Grade Package that adds a heated steering wheel, heated front seats, and rain-sensing windshield wipers. This Weather Grade Package will cost you $1,075.
However, if you are looking for an upgraded infotainment system and a couple extra safety features, you might want to consider the Entune 3.0 Audio Plus Options Package for $2,885. This will give you the upgraded infotainment along with wireless device charging, rear cross traffic braking, and low-speed collision warning.
Adventure
For a starting price of $32,900, you can get the Toyota RAV4 Adventure trim. The Adventure trim is the only trim level that offers you standard all-wheel drive. This all-wheel drive gives you the ability to take on off-road adventures with different driving modes including rock and dirt, mud and sand, and snow mode. You also get downhill assist control in the Adventure trim to help you with tough terrain. The Adventure trim also adds some technology features including an upgraded Entune audio system with an 8-inch touchscreen and HD radio.

Limited

Package options with this trim include the Limited Grade Weather Package and the Limited Grade Advanced Technology Package.
